1) If you are the Bride/Groom

Try to have less responsibilities on your shoulder. Because otherwise you will end up with a lot of stress 🥴. Dream plan your Wedding Sangeet Night the way you want and make sure you cede to do all the arrangements to one of your family member who could find best possible way to get everything lined up since you keep getting busy as the big day comes near. Don't be a control freak.

2) Look for the Professionals under your Budget

10 performances of 3 to 4 minutes make up to 45 - 60 minutes of an event. If you don't want the event to be a drag, we would recommend a 2 hour duration with 20 performances on the list, so that including everything, the event will last up to 3 hours.

Coordinate with all the members and fix the timing for everyone's rehearsals📄. Take follow ups everyday with the Choreographer so that each performances be completed and rehearsed well on time. Keep bride and groom performance priority.🔴

Rehearsals is the only key. If anyone is done with learning full Choreography on all of their selected songs then make sure they rehearse every day and keep in mind the time duration of your event hours. Also learning lots of songs can ruin your or other performances coz it may be hard to memorize all the steps, so make sure to rehearse well. Make rehearsals with prop priority if any.🧚🏽‍♀️

8) Outfit Attention

You don't want wardrobe malfunctions while performing, coz believe us, their will be someone with that video if that happens🤯🤯. Tell your Choreographer about what outfit you are wearing and rest of the work is of choreographer to provide you with any special attention to your movement. Do dress rehearsals as well.

Brides - Please avoid gowns with lonnggg.... tails❌❌❌, coz you don't want to get caught in it & also you don't wanna mess up your couple performance. If you want a tail, opt for a detachable one, so that you can perform after removing it but can still have it for your entry or your extra shots.💃🏻

Grooms - Even suits & sherwani's have issues when you raise your hands above your shoulders. So do check this once & make the necessary alterations.🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻

9) Event Day Alert

Everyone wants to look their best, Don't they??👸🏻 🤴🏻 But that might lead to everyone being late to the expected event time⌛️. Everyone knows this tip, this is just a reminder to put event time at least an hour or two earlier in your itinerary, so that everyone can be on time.

Inform all your members the performance sequence and line up so that at least the starting performances are on time.

10) During Event Alert

Isn't their always someone, who never prepares but suddenly wants to perform and that too mid - performance. Don't stress out though but do help your event team with the family member coz they definitely take into account everyone's emotions. 😚 😋 😛 😝 😜
